Cancellation Policy
Voice Lesson Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts may occur. However, to ensure the smooth functioning of our voice lesson program and to respect the time and commitment of both the instructor and the student, we have implemented 24-hour cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notification:
Students must notify the instructor of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
2. Notification Methods:
Cancellations should be communicated through email, text message, or a direct phone call to the instructor.3. Late Cancellation Fee:
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
4. Exceptions:
Exceptions to the late cancellation fee may be considered in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
5. Make-Up Lessons:
Students who provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations may be eligible for a rescheduled or makeup lesson, depending on the instructor's availability.
